Instructional Assistant & Tutor

Responsible for the overall team support, identifying requirements for the computer science and IS departments. Provide students with technical solutions while working in the computing lab. Manage inventory control of computing equipment. Conduct inventories and resolve discrepancies. Maintained network of three labs.

United Grocers, Seattle, WA. (1990 - 1996)

Boat Division Manager

Managed division of 3+ persons. Consulted with programmer to convert manual system to computerized database.  Instrumental in developing computer generated orders, invoices, and billing. Identified system requirements and defined process of orders for division. Increased productivity from under one million dollars a year to over two million dollars a year. Supervised purchasing and inventory control. Coordinated a variety of tasks in stressful and fast paced environments.
